阿里巴巴基础架构事业群(Alibaba Infrastructure Service group)负责整个阿里巴巴基础设施的研发，建设和运营。其中，隶属于基础架构事业群-网络研发事业部的网络运营GNOC（Global Network Operation Center）是阿里全球网络的核心运维保障团队，为淘宝，天猫，蚂蚁和阿里云等一系列世界领先的互联网服务提供稳定和卓越的网络技术服务。网络运营GNOC通过卓越的人员技能，强大的系统支撑手段，完善的故障处理流程，高效的快速响应机制，为阿里巴巴网络的稳定运行保障护航，为业务稳定性不断贡献着卓越的价值。
Alibaba Infrastructure Service (AIS ) Network Research is the team that keeps that network running reliably, efficiently and at scale in Alibaba group.GNOC（Global Network Operation Center） is the core team in AIS Network Research.GNOC provide stability network technology services for Taobao,Tmall,Alipay,Ali cloud and a series of internet products of Alibaba group. GNOC ensures the stable operation of Alibaba network through excellent personnel skills, powerful platform support means, perfect fault handling capability, and efficient response mechanism
作为网络GNOC团队中的网络专家，你将主要负责阿里巴巴集团网络监控、故障处理、稳定性风险的分析和管控、自动化运维平台的建设、网络服务咨询的响应及阿里巴巴集团的重大活动网络保障，在这里你将致力于网络稳定性提升与用户体验优化。
As a network expert of GNOC, you will be responsible for the Alibaba group network monitoring, troubleshooting, consulting and guarantee for important activities such as "11.11online shopping Carnival".
1、负责7*24小时 阿里巴巴集团骨干网络、数据中心网络及相关网络产品的监控运维工作，负责网络故障的快速发现、通报、 定位及处理，保证网络故障的快速恢复，网络产品、业务的稳定运行。
2、负责阿里巴巴集团内外部客户的网络问题咨询、申告的快速响应和解决。
3、负责阿里巴巴网络的运营质量数据化分析工作，给出网络运营优化建议。
4、负责阿里巴巴网络的线上稳定性风险梳理和管控，降低网络风险。
5、负责阿里巴巴网络的自动化运维平台的建设和维护脚本的编写，推进网络的自动化运维能力。
6、负责集团重大活动的网络保障工作，如“双11购物狂结节”网络保障。
7、GNOC团队在杭州，美国部署双中心，采用7*24小时轮班制度，美国中心人员在美国白天时间值班，其余时间由杭州中心完成值班。
1.Responsible for 7*24 hours Ali backbone, IDC network operation and maintenance work, quickly found reason for network fault , quick handling of faults, to ensure rapid recovery of network fault.
2.Responsible for the consulting of the internal and external customers and quick resolution of customer complaints.
3.Responsible for data analysis of operation quality of Alibaba network, and give suggestion for network operation optimization.
4.Responsible for risk control of Alibaba network stability.
5.Responsible for the construction of network automation operation and maintenance platform, script preparation, and promote the automation operation and maintenance capability of the network.
6.Responsible for the Operational guarantee of Alibaba group's major activities such as "11.11online shopping Carnival".
7.There are two branches of GNOC in Hangzhou and the United States, using 7*24 hour shift system, the U.S. branche staff will be on during the day time in the United States, and the rest of the time by the Hangzhou branche to complete the duty.
岗位要求：
1、5年以上网络运维工作经验，大型互联网或运营商相关背景为佳。
2、精通TCP/IP、OSPF、BGP、ISIS、MPLS VPN／TE等协议，熟悉大规模IDC及骨干网络架构，了解光通信、网络安全，熟悉Cisco、Juniper、华为、H3C等主流网络厂商产品技术及产品架构。
3、了解虚拟化、云计算、分布式计算技术。
4、有网络自动化运维的理念，并具备一定的脚本能力能够推进网络自动化运维能力建设；
5、深入理解linux系统。熟练使用shell、perl、python等脚本编程语言优先；
6、善于将日常运维中发现的问题总结沉淀为运维经验，并应用于运维平台的能力建设中；具备良好的客户服务意识，思维缜密，逻辑性强，具有挑战精神和前瞻性，良好的团队协作精神。
7、具备网络运营分析经验和网络风险管理能力。
8、具备Cisco、Juniper、华为高级认证水平者优先。
1.More than 5 years working experience in network operation and maintenance, large Internet enterprise or network operator background is preferred.
2.Proficient in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, MPLS, VPN / TE protocol, familiar with IDC and large-scale backbone network architecture, understanding of optical communication, network security, familiar with Cisco, Juniper, HUAWEI, H3C and other mainstream network manufacturers product technology and product architecture.
3.Understanding virtualization, cloud computing, distributed computing technology.
4. Scripting ability, can promote network automation operation and maintenance platform construction.
5.Deep understanding of Linux system. Proficiency in using shell, Perl, Python and other scripting languages is preferred.
6.Good at summing up problems for operation and maintenance experience, and applied to the operation and maintenance platform construction; Have a good sense of customer service and good team work spirit.
7.Network operation analysis experience and network risk management capability.
8.With Cisco, Juniper, HUAWEI advanced certification level is preferred.
